Hi sir i upload i created xml file (crm template wizard using) and the test button cliack these error occuring,how to fix ?
how do i get client id and client secret?

Looks like you creating an integration that uses OAuth2 authentication. The client ID and client secret belong to the application that you need to create in your CRM. Then, when you click the Authorize button in the 3CX console > Settings > CRM Integration, you will be redirected to your CRM to grant access to this app, and then 3CX will get the refresh token. Looks like you haven't done this so far...
