3CX use with Vitleity

Hello. I'm new and a 3CX layperson. Can anyone tell me if I'm able to configure 3CX with my VoIP provider - Vitelity.com ? I do not see them on the list of SIP trunk Providers. Does anyone know of an inexpensive route to help me configure my Vitelity DID with 3CX? Thanks in advance - SNS

Hi @sns0227 Vitelity sip trunks can be used only with dedicated installations and not with Free/SMB.

Does this mean I would need my own dedicated server to install 3CX? Do you know of any providers that offer this service with 3cx ready to be used with Vitelity? Thank you!

If you want to the Free/SMB versions, then you need to use the providers that are available in the list.

But if you still want to use the Vitelity sip trunk, then it means you need a dedicated installation, for example using Hosted by 3CX, Self Hosted or On Premise.

You have to access to the customer portal and go to my systems ---- add a new system and select Hosted by 3CX.
