3cx v10 - postgress password failed for user: phonesystem

Hi,

My 3cx system wont run on my Windows 7 installation -- I'm trying v10 for the first time -- I did the installation checker to and removed anything that was showing so I could get a clean install.

I'm getting the following error in the 3CXConfService.log:

First of all install both Framework 3.5 and 4.0 version
