One of my VOIP providers gets blacklisted on a regular basis with the following error messages:
A log from the 3cx web interface
Blacklisted (Too many failed auth)IP = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx; Failed auth: 0; unauth: 41; auth: 0; 407: 1000
A different log from the 3CXPhoneSystem.log
01:59:10.966|.\Authorization.cpp(363)|Critical0|Authorization|AuthMgr::analyzeStats:Blacklisted (Too many failed auth)
IP = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx; Failed auth: 0; unauth: 44; auth: 0; 407: 1000
This happens on a irregular basis. I use the VOIP provider to receive calls from a service number.
We've got two accounts active at this provider which we use for over 2 years now.
In total we've got about 6 voip providers active (GSM GATEWAY/branch office/outgoing calls provider).
Only this provider fails to work every now and then, this kind of blacklisting will stop our service center from receiving calls for 30 minutes (default blacklisting time)..
The odd thing is they don't call us, we call them. So there will be no authentication on there part to our server.
I've searched around this form but coulnd't find a similar case.
Server is 3CX V10 SP5 with call center module.
Running on a win2k3 server with port 5080 used as local sip port
We've got about 10 differente sip clients (call centre).
and about 6 voip providers/sip trunks
