Everything was working and I decided to update the Firmware of the Patton from 4.2 to 6.3. Now I cannot make calls. It shows the trunks registered and I can receive incoming calls fine. When I try placing a call I see 0/1 go active for 15 seconds then it tries 0/1 and on until it fails and gives a busy signal.

The Log shows: "Call or Registration to 8283367688@(Ln.10000@Patton 4114 4xFXO) has failed. [ V4 192.168.50.21:5066 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=868 ] replied: 502 Bad Gateway; from IP:192.168.50.21:5066"

I did create a new config file and same result.
It worked before upgrade, I tried rolling back to 4.2 but it does not work either.

The response "502 Bad Gateway" typically means that the POTS line is faulty in some way (maybe not connected). Port number 5066 indicates (typically) the 4th port - is there a line connected to port 4?
