Hi, I am trying feverishly to connect a fresh install of 3CX V11 to my Cisco AS5400. My engineer has promised that everything is correct on the Cisco side however, I cannot get a call to go through to the 3CX server. I have a PSTN (T1) connection on the Cisco AS5400 terminated locally to a legacy PBX (3-digit dial) and am trying to get a SIP connection to 3CX (4-digit dial) established. This is the error log output when trying to dial from PSTN to SIP:

Also there are many examples on the forum.. just search "source id identification"...

Thank you for the followup. I have tried all the options I could possibly find on this issue. Is there someone that can help to be sure I am doing this properly?

For example, please see the below log:

Good morning all, any ideas on this issue yet? Thanks again in advance for the help!

INVITE is for 1708 number, in your attach there is 8033321, add 1708 number under the source identification by did (alos try that without (delete) custom field in matching strategy)
