3cx v12 Presence info

Hi All,

having problem with the presence info. cant add queue calls window in it. but i tried it in other desktop used same extensions. queue calls in presence works.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
There is an error in 3CX Phone up to SP3 with disappearing queues.
Now you can only fix it by deleting profile and reprovisioning the phone.
