3CX V12 Standard Remote Provisioning with STUN

Hi,

We have a 3CX V12 with a single private IP system set up behind a NAT route. All the port forwarding is in place and we have remote extension that works perfectly but we'd like to have more and use the remote provisioning feature.

However whenever I try to set the phone to provision I receive a pop saying:-

Static Public IP Address is not specified in 3CX. This phone cannot be provisioned as an external extension, click on Settings > Network and the the Public IP Address of 3CX.

Needless to say the IP address is in there.

I was able to resolve this!

I hadn't put the Public IP in the General > Phone Provisioning area.
