3CX v12 TAPI & Outlook

What happened to my outlook integration that we had in version 11 3CX assistant/phone and version 12 3CX Phone? I use to be able to make a call with outlook?

Searching I saw that it is in the CRM module? Is it still free or do we have to pay for this feature we had in version 11?

Hi,

Only the Outlook feature in the CRM module is free to use in v12.
If you want to use the other modules than you should buy them.
