3CX V14 T46G BLF lights stop working after period of time

After upgrading my T46G phones from 28.80.0.95 to 28.80.0.110, after a period of time the BLF lights no longer work as expected. For example, when an extension is ringing, that light will not flash red on other phones. I'm not entirely sure that this is a result of the upgrade, but the issue seems to have occurred after applying the 28.80.0.110 post-upgrade. If I re-provision the phones, they will work for a while, but after a period of time the BLF lights stop working again. Any ideas? Thanks!

We never could get 28.80.0.110 to work correctly with BLFs. We went to 28.80.0.130 about 2 weeks ago and haven't had any problems. Unfortunately, it was a manual process because I can't figure out (or there isn't a way) to add a custom firmware.
