3CX v15.5 End Of Life

does anyone know the EOL for 3CX v15.5 and where to look for this kind of information?

Since V16 launched V15 is now considered end of life. We currently support the latest version of 3CX.

There are changes to the EOL policy?

According to this post

The previous version will be supported for 12 months following the release of the current version, after which you will be asked to upgrade to a more recent version.

If this EOL policy is outdated, there is a link to the new policy statement?

So now the old version is unsupported as soon as the major release has been released, without time for end user to evaluate impacts of the new releases in production environments?

Hi pkit

To clarify, specifically the version 15.5.15502.6 will still be supported for 12 months since the release of V16 which was in March 2019.

However, if you face an issue that was solved in V16, we will recommend you update in order to receive the solution. Moving forward, all the newer firmware versions and templates are released and checked for compatibility with V16, so if you stay on the older PBX we cannot guarantee that the new roms will be compatible.
