3CX V15.5 Outcoming Calls No Sound After Restart Media Server Service No Porblem

Hello,

We have 3CX V15.5. Till the one week we had no problem hovewer,, nowadays we face with problems. When a outcoming call comes to our number there is no sound and no greeting, additionally users cannot able to call local IP phones.There is no sound.

After restarting " 3CX PhoneSystem Media Server " problem get lost. No problem.

How can we fix this issue?

Does anybody face with this problem?

I have run firewall check and all items marked as green. There is no problem..
I have extend port range.on firewall.
9000-10999 UDP
7000-8499 UDP
Unfortunately In a day 2 or 3 times when a call comes outside our phone terminal is opened but there is no greeting. There is no sound.
