3cx v15 extension csv file doesnt log in the user

i just installed 3cx and i cant assign a user to the phone only from the management console but when i export the extension file from the user it doesn't work it keeps staying the same saying no account

Hello,

In order to assign a user to an extension you either send a welcome email to the user and just click to open the configuration file or in a LAN environment use PnP provisioning. Export a contact to csv file is another story.
