Push Chat , i have try push chat on android ( fw 3cx app 15.0.05 ) but i not receive push for incoming chat .
Push for call work fine !

solved client 15.0.23 work fine
 
Question about push , i have chance to selling system for more 800 user ( all smartphone ) , each user have a android phone and tablet locate on car . I want calling and chat both device at same time . I verify that push use last device that it sendig registration .
It is correct , there are a workaround to manage it ?
 
I would like to see the webrtc make an appearance in Version 15 and also to have the Voice Application Designer work for version 15. These 2 modules and seriously missed in version 15.

I would not use the BETA on Production. I think it was mentioned here that if you do - there may be issues later. This is BETA software to use in a Non-Production environement.

This will reduce client complaints for sure. You were not the only one facing this issue with an enormous amounts of updates always available.

There are places where select all is ok because the updates are small. But in some places select all is dangerous because you might have firmwares for example and these can be large. Work with this version for now and see how it works.

How about updates for sip trunks, integrations, voice prompt languages... ?

To avoid seeing that "update" batch, I downloaded all available "updates". It's a mistake. The backup file is > 1GB ! Simple is beautiful. I'm wondering if I could remove all those "updates" that are not needed. A clean re-install is the final resort.

The two panes should better scroll independently.

In the previous version, at a glance from the extension menu you can see when an extension is busy from the Management console but now you cant see that. Please can that be brought back instead of having to use the switchboard on the 3CX client. Can we have to Management console from extension show the status again.
Also from the report can we have an option that allows you to just allow you to chose download incase you dont have an SMTP server that is working. Dont let the email be mandatory or one can chose if you want it downloaded alone or email it alone or both.

Any word on went SP5 final will be out. @nickbrg has mentioned that it would be released last week, but I'm guessing it's been delayed.
 
Does SP5 include the fix in reporting where the audio download button uses internal FQDN rather than external causing an SSL warning?

A nice feature for us would be to easy transfer all call from one phone/number to a external number, sure you can change a status en set in your 3cx phone all call transfers to a extension but what if you have 3CX cloud based and you pay for every extension and you have more then 5 or 10 people to transfer to like in our example a failure mechanic and every day/week is someone else, its not very customer friendly.

An option that a costumer can change the way an inbound rule works would be great or that you can make more then 5 buttons on your phone that will directly transfer all incoming call to a kind of speeddail. The option is availible on the phone but wil not work in combination with 3CX.
 
Can you not have a site admin that can log into the Console and make changes?

Sure you can, but its not realy dummie proof. Whe need it for a carpenter company and there not quite handy and different people need to be able to change it, so its handy to adjust this on a central phone or computer
 
Anyone else unable to get CTI Working? Mac Client (15.1.0.69) 3CX (Pro 15.0.62928.5) and Yealink T48G (35.81.0.25)?

As you can see there is a main installation of windows and a linux build. You do not see a service pack update. So if you want the fax fix now, you need to take a backup, uninstall, install the new build and then restore.
Otherwise wait for the final sometime next week and a service pack update will appear and your SP4 version will be updated to SP5 which will in turn contain the fax fix.

erm, did I miss something? What kind of fax fix? Do You have a link to an article?
