3CX V16 Can't delete old analog GXW4108 SIP trunks

When I try to delete my 8 analog SIP trunks (for a Grandstream GXW4108 analog device), I get the following error message.

"Commit failed on transaction Delete TCX.Configuration.Interop.Wexternalline"

Not sure how to proceed or even the best place to post this on the forum.
