Hello, could you give me the manual how to replace existing instalation 3CX v16 from VM with OS Windows Server 2012 r2 to Windows Server 2019?

Some steps here - https://www.3cx.com/docs/upgrading-pbx-v16/ , for backing up your server

Backup the existing 3CX server,
Switch it off
Switch on the new server, change IP address of server to old server IP address
Reinstall 3CX using the backup

You could perform an inplace upgrade

I would do a snapshot of your VM before hand.

In-place upgrade works pretty well, particularly if your 2012 R2 box was just being used for 3CX. Either way, grab a 3CX backup (and a VM snapshot) to be safe.
