What's the "last seen" value? Last time that PBX reported? Shouldn't it report more often than "20 hours ago" or similar?

We are working on it, we will inform you when it's fixed.

Now it says last seen 31 minutes ago.

Re the BLF feature in web client. Is this just to program BLFs on handsets, or should I be able to see my BLFs in the web panel like I can on the Windows app? I can't seem to find where to get these to show up.

The Instance Manager is a very good idea! I updated my test 3cx on Alpha2. Some notes:
Why are the information about memory and disk different between manager and system? (see pictures)
Are the restart / reboot functions not yet activated in the manager?

I assume it's because the information is not real-time. That would be an overkill for your PBX and the Instance Manager Portal. It shows the information received in the last synchronization. (correct me if am wrong).

Are the restart / reboot functions not yet activated in the manager?
Have you granted those permissions in your PBX Instance Manager Settings?

I hope it is so.

No, I have set all permissions.

@datamerge - its just BLF configuration for the IP Phone. There is no real point for BLF in the web client as you have the info in the presence screen?

Why in the world is call queues removed? In the IVR, an option to go to a call queue will just hang up on the user calling in, and if you directly dial the queue it will tell you that this option is only available for pro and enterprise licenses. I am running a yearly professional license on this server, so not sure why in the world this would be happening.

Question with the WebClient.
Is there going to be any enhancements around how Enterprise Active/Standby systems work?
In our testing with the WebClient, when a Active system goes down the WebClient does not fail-over to the standby system very well. \

We see a lot of demand for Active/standby systems, and see this is a area that could be improved compared to other systems on the market. Customers are willing to pay for it, and it honestly is worth more then what 3CX is charging for a enterprise license.

Hi Tucker - thanks for your feedback. In v16 service pack one or two we plan to drastically improve our fail over - to make it much more plug and play. We will also take a look at the web client during that fail over process - although probably some refresh or re login will be needed... An upgraded SBC will be part of all this - ability to remote manage it but also play a role in the fail over...

Instance manager seems to work very well. I have tried it on our alpha. The key is that once installed and permissions granted a reboot was necessary. Took just a minute and works as described.

Looking good Nick. I especially like the ability to dial into the web conference and the remote functionality.

When the webclient was first introduced, I was not sure if it would be a workable solution or not. After using it since, I have came to depend on it and like it a lot. It seems like I am still learning about it and it's functionality on a daily basis. After using it, I do not even have the pc client installed. I am sure there are some things that people cannot use it for but with everything I do, it works fine.

My clients use park a lot. With the webclient, parked calls show up under the Switchboard and can be retrieved by users with the rights. It would be very useful to have a separate tab or area of the screen somewhere to show parked calls that indicates when calls are parked and how many. Maybe a selection within the switchboard similar to the other tabs.

Hopefully this would not be a lot of work to get going.

Thank and keep up the good work.

Chuck

@neville - thank you for your nice feedback - yes makes sense. It will be easy for us to create many views in the webclient we just need a bit of time but will keep this in mind. This year we will put a lot of effort in the web client and also add outbound leaderboard view and more.

@geek5 - queues are there - most probably it's an issue with your license key. Please double check that your maintenance has not expired else contact customer service or PM me your license key.

@geek5 is correct - a few items are missing from the GUI on V16.0.0.1110

@DSXDATA - Thats because you have a standard license - in V16 the standard license will be much cheaper and will also have less functionality. (current users will not loose features, this is only for new customers)

So - its a lab pbx - license is several years old - so does it not qualify as a "current user"? In the meantime, I'll find a different PBX to use for testing V16 - thanks for the heads-up.

The BLFs in the Windows client are great for speed dials and park slots Nick. We use Park all the time. If there was a way to get SPx in the web client, that would probably do the trick.
