3cx v16 server error - system down

Hi

I have a 3cx hosted instance and after upgrade to v16 i now get a server error on login. Our system is down and phones are unusable. Any ideas?

I am suffering the same issue after a v16 auto upgrade. Same issue with a 3cx hosted instance. This is my second atempt on receiving help. No reply from 3cx after 3 days waiting. Not ideal.

Server error on web login usually means that a service has stopped unexpectedly or fallen over.

Try to SSH in and run "systemctl start 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service".

The most common cause of this service falling over is lack of memory / swapfile so, especially in machines that have 1Gb or less of system memory. If this is the case consider increasing the amount of memory or adding a swapfile.

edit: Just noticed you are using a 3CX hosted instance so you can't do what I suggest. I also notice that there are a few others having the same issue. In this case you really need someone from 3CX such as @YiannisH_3CX
