Just done the update and no longer able to do outbound calls from iOS app and Windows app. Webclient is able to do outbound tho... What should I do?

Also, in the call logs the outbound shows type: 11, dn: DirectSIP, which was the actual dialed number before.
Please ensure the update is actually completed and services are running

After updating the OS, and 3CX instance, we encountered the above mentioned problems. The patch solved our problem.

But...the customer has still issues when they use makecall. When they initiate a call via the webclient the Iphone is ringing, but after 1 second the call is disconnected and not placed. If she uses an android device for the same extension, the call is placed normally.

Hi,

We tried updating to this version this morning (system ran auto-update) but it failed and it reverted to last working version. I have attached the update log as well. It did say try the update once more but since we are working remotely, we wanted to contact support before trying the same update again.

Hi @Suri

Please run the below command on your machine via SSH (with root privileges), and when it's done you can proceed again to update from the management console.

Bash:
wget -O - https://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/misc/debianpatches/9/16/0/5/20200619-os-update.sh | bash

Hi JohnS,

Sorry for the late response, I must have had my email notification settings off. We will try the above and let the update run again next week.

Thank you
