Hi,

I've come across a strange issue.

We have a server that we build running windows 10 pro and we have the 3cx server on that system.

Everything runs properly, only issue is that if the computer reboots the sip trunks dont send out their registration unless you restart the service.

The service under services in 3cx does show that its started.

I have under windows system services enabled that the services should restart if they fail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are all the services set to start Automatically? Also, check to make sure that the IP addresses for the SIP Trunk haven't been blacklisted.

Is this a dedicated 3CX server or are there any third-party installs?
Have you checked the recommended hardware specs?
