3CX V18 on Rasperry Pi. No Update?

I read about V18 Update 4. Is there no update for the Raspberry Pi? Will it be available?

Running V18 PBX on Pi 4 is currently not supported and it has no updates available past Update 2.

Raspberry is undergoing some changes which will bring future builds of its operating system in line with Debian. When 3CX supports Debian 11 (bullseye) we will look at supporting Raspberry once again. For the moment update 3 will not be available for Raspberry Pi.


3CX SBC will remain supported on Raspberry Pi devices. As a solution to stay on the latest update, move to Hosted by 3CX and use the Pi device as a 3CX SBC.

If you want the latest features from new V18 updates (much better Live Chat functionality, upcoming WhatsApp integration, Receptionist View, etc.) you could migrate to Hosted by 3CX or private cloud and reuse your Pi as an SBC.
