Hello everyone, I have 2 trunked switchboards, Switchboard A numbering 7xxx - Switchboard B numbering 6xxx. Since I have telephone numbers on switchboard A that are forwarded directly to extensions of Switchboard B. In V18 I created an entry rule with the desired DID and set the direct number of switchboard B. Simple it Easy always worked. Now I have updated to V20. Obviously none of this has passed with any warning, so I find myself without this service. The only way I see possible is to create a fictitious user on switchboard A with the desired DID assigned and that has filled in the extension of switchboard B as the mobile field with the flag always ring the associated mobile phone. I hope that this is not the only solution, in addition to not being the best from a technical logical point of view, it can lead to a massive creation of users, previously unnecessary with the usual maintenance.
