3CX v20 (build 2): 3CXPhoneSystem.ini file not found

Hello everyone,

after upgrading 3cx to v20 we can't find the 3CXPhoneSystem.ini file anywhere. We need access (readonly) to the database because we have created custom reporting for our customers.
Can anyone advise how or where to get the data to access the database so that we can display the reports again?

Please for the love of whichever deity you worship DO NOT ACCESS THE DATABASE of 3CX!!!!!!

I cannot stress this more than enough. This is enough to render your PBX out of support.

I would advise waiting for the Grafana integration to get the information for the reporting or using the CDRs directly BUT DO NOT access the database.!!!!

You're not supposed to access the database. Not even for readonly.

You should be using the Call Control API to gather your data.

FYI, ini file is in ProgramData now on Windows.
