Unsupported 3cx V20 issue Fanvil A233

I have extension 1152 registered , that is showed green , but is showed red in Tel IP .
Extension work fine , but how isn't show tel ip?

Is the phone/device working OK? Is it using the standard template and connected directly or via an SMB?

Hi,

This is expected because you are using an unsupported device.

Your screenshot shows you've provisioned a PA3, but you're actually using some other model that 3CX does not know.

strange i have a lot of device unsupported also PA3 but no issue

If you provision an PA3 and actually using something different than you are on your own to configure this stuff. Thats not supported.
