3CX v20 - Manage Prompts

Hi there,

Where can I mamnage the prompts in v20 please ? I cannot find.
For example to listen to a prompt while settings up a holiday.

Not the musics, the prompts, like the capture attached. Maybe I miss something ?

Your prompts will be available in your drop downs when in call handling.

Sorry but.... How can I listen to a prompt on a physical phone, as before on v18 ?

You cant, you can only record from your phone.

If you want to listen to voicemail prompts you can dial the voicemail menu.

NB: Another way to listen the prompts is to go on the local files of the server.

Or just download it to your computer and listen to it.
