3CX v20 questions

Dear Team,
As 3CX 20 is new start, we are interested in some features, like will it have:

1) Web based administrative way, as it was in 3CX 18, or only thought a client / admin. Because for us as Admins,
we mostly do not have clients 3cx phones, we just help them via web portal as outsource
2) Will there be a 3CX v20 Windows version
3) Will multitenant version be available?
4) One feature clients asked is, "Play announcement" for outgoing calls.
Imagine you are a micro financial organization, and by a law you need to warn client that call is being recorded for every outgoing call.
question comes, why not user to warn? - Because automatic system notice, eliminates human factor (we posted this is features request 1 Year Ago)
5) Will 3CX v20 have more live reports? Many clients are saying that reporting system is designed only for SMB and not professional call-centers, where real time statistics is needed
6) In some companies by security policy Microsoft Windows Store is disabled (as the windows update, as they use WSUS). Will there be a MSI version of client softphone for mass deployments?

I have read road map, that's is why I decided to ask more in details. Roadmap does not answers questions fully

Appears to be client/admin ONLY based on what we see so far.

Just a guess, but the same one that exists today - AKA using groups to separate out call routing and more.

You can do this today with 3rd party tools, like VOIPTools. But I don't see anything in the preview that says 3CX is doing something like this in v20.

You should check out the reports section of the 3CX webclient

Thanks for reply. VOIP Tools are great, we have already spoke regarding this and Client was advised to make custom development which will cover this, but because of budget client currently not reverted to us

VOIP tools are really the best 3CX plugin developers and also very nice persons, pleasure to speak

Basically there has been an ask for a MSI for the same reasons.

Nice to you to bridge enough often infos from upper partners level but you can't do this all the time. Really unfair we are no more considered all as equal partners to share same infos.

I recommend you bring these concerns to 3CX management via private channels (I am not a 3CX employee)

I know of course you are not 3CX staff, no mistake, I don't blame you at all, on the contrary you make a lot of effort to create a bridge for what we no longer see at our level

The management portal will not exist. You can use the existing system owner extension, or create another one for your use, to log in and make changes. You can put that extension in its own group if you want to hide it.

I'm not 3CX but I have seen zero mention of the Windows version going away.

I read OP's question as, the 3CX server program on Windows. As opposed to Debian.

Both v16 and v18 (the legacy and electron apps) are said to go away with v20. I don't see the config file in the apps section needed for v16 client anymore either.

EDIT: I can confirm that legacy client (v16) works as long as you have a config file with v20 at this time.

LOL I can't keep them straight. Is that the Desktop App or the PWA? Or both?

I've found it preferable to have a separate app so it doesn't require a browser being open, is easy to find on screen, etc. Fortunately I use Firefox so I could in theory open Chrome separately, but that's relatively uncommon.

I hope windows version for 3CX server will still be available, if not we will need to migrate windows users to a Linux appliance

A windows version will still remain available for v20 at least for enterprise edition
