Hi.

Does anyone at 3CX have a release roadmap for future updates/features of 3CX v20?

I recently upgraded from v18 (on-prem), and whilst the new dashboard on v20 is okay, I'm missing the live stats such as CPU, disk, memory usage and current call activity. Will these be making a comeback on future releases and if so, when? I'd rather not have to subscribe to another service to be able to get this information.

Thanks
Rob

RAM and CPU (if memory serves) are coming back (this from a meeting with 3CX).
Disk I think is still there.

Keep in mind that as of today, V20 is a release candidate and not intended for production use. 3CX has said there will be at least one more Release Candidate 3 prior to the official production release. The goal early in January was an official release by the end of January, but given that we have not seen RC3 yet, it appears that goal has been push out some.

It should also be noted, and confirmed by 3CX, that a couple of V18 features will not be available in the initial release. For example, we have been told Hot Desking will not make it into the first release. In other words, you will need to wait for the first official release of 3CX to get an idea of what will be available, but it may be SP1 or SP2 before 3CX V20 reaches feature parity with V18. Who knows, we have been watching for RC3 a little longer than I expected. Maybe 3CX is adding some of the previously missing feature into the next RC?

On the other hand, there will be some awesome new group features, routing, holidays, etc. that will be included in the first release. We just need to be patient. This is a really big release both in features and underlying architecture changes. As a software developer myself, I don't envy the scope of changes that need to be implemented and tested. They have an absolutely fabulous team of developers at 3CX. I'm personally excited to get my hands on the new APIs! I'm happy to beta test 3CX!
