3CX V20 Reports

Hello to all ,

i have two issues according to 3CX V20 reports

1) Queue performance Overview report

I have created the above report, but I don't have the option to choose which queue to include in this report, and the effect of this is to display all the queues

Is there a way to appeared only the desired queue?

2) Extensions Statistics

a) i have no option to select users only department, Is there an option for this?
b) when i choose Department, then to the report appears users as duplicated, Is there a solution for this?

No we don't have the option to create reports for 1Q or Extension....20.5 was supposed to have reporting update but it does not either
