Michael- Thanks. This looks great. Love the improved time intervals for data connectors. Is the banner about archiving going to be shown on self hosted systems once the GA release happens? It appears its going to be mandatory for 3cx hosted systems but may not be applicable in all self hosted systems. Thanks again!

Great improvement, maybe the supervisor should be able to handle the office hours and holidays of the department. From my side these options are related to call handling

So I have a question? When I set 3CX to backup to our SFTP server, in the voicemail download I get discrepancies. 3CX missed some extension and in the ones it did download many files were missing. Is this because those voice mails might be to old for 3CX to download? Also the one of the missing folders from the 3CX backup extension 101 has over 70 voicemails in it. I hope I have described the "problem" I am seeing. See attachments

Is this post related to the update 7 Beta? If not, perhaps a new thread might let people look into this more correctly. If this is u7 related, can you please provide some comparison of what voicemails are shown in the portal vs what is in the files? What are the settings for the backup?

Yes, Version 20.0 Update 7 (Build 943 Beta)
As you can see from previous screen shot I am missing folder 101 entirely on the 3CX backup. Inside that folder are 88 messages.
Here are my backup settings. Along with files inside of of ext 102
For some reason I am thinking this is a ME problem and not a 3CX problem. I just don't know what the problem is.

Hi @Curtis C ,

Before doing the update to 7-Beta, did you have FTP archive happening, and the files were there? Or you just started this with this version?
Could you drop the Archive time down and see if any new VMs in both those extensions get Archived correctly?

If you use a normal FTP client, same credentials, can you create the missing folder & create new files?

I deleted and all files and recreated folders. Deleted sftp backup set up and set it back up from scratch. Now the Voice mail folder is totally empty. I did drop the archive time to 2 days. I am not going to stress out over this as we are in the Beta release and my previous backup is still working fine. Let me know if you need anymore information from me. Thank Kyriacos

I'm wondering if the system has the older VMs marked as already archived and is therefore skipping them. If you can check in a couple of days if new ones are getting archived, that would be good to know.

We are seeing the same issue with FTP archiving of chat, faxes and voicemails not working on the Beta release (I cannot comment on Alpha as we didn't test this version).

This was a red herring, and it is working for us.

You had me nervous so I just tested mine. It worked fine for me. Did I just get lucky?

Any chance to see some logs, PBX and mail server side? Perhaps if you are using TLS auth their is some certificate issue? What type of mail server?

Only on PBX side for now because I dont have access to SMTP server. You can see that I compare two instances of 3CX, build 724 and build 943, same credentials, same customer enviorment. On build 943 3CX stop communication with server after receive the auth method.
