Just one issue, I tried to replace the key, and I found this issue :
Commercial Keys cannot be replaced.

Its by design. Keys should be extended not replaced.....

New key = New customer
Existing key = Existing customer....

You can replace a trial key with a new key as its a new customer because that is not a customer yet....

Has this data connector been confirmed to work with multi-company 3cx, with local postgresql? I asked in the previous thread, and I was provided with the standard db/server configuration instructions. However, I've now confirmed my PG db/server is working fine with another 3cx instance (single-company config), with no further changes to the server/DB configuration - the github setup script seems to have taken care of all the configuration suggested in the AWS guide and previous thread. The Grafana templates showed the data properly. But my multi-company 3cx transfers nothing (nor creates the tables) in my PG db... The data connector "test" works. The "transfer CDR now" does nothing, verified by tcpdump on the PG server. I am now on the RC.

Will you support offload to other databases, especially time-series databases, built for this kind of workload, such as InfluxDB ?

It would be cool, if in the future, I could define a postgres table prefix or something into the 3cx data connector config, to be able to use the same db/server across multiple client 3cx connectors. I'd just create a unique db username with appropriate permissions to their tables for each customer/instance.

Release Candidates are typically considered Beta versions as they are just candidates, once the full release is out it will remove the Beta flag

Hello Juan,

You can change the authentication ID for those extensions to meet the security requirements, and then reprovision.

I have been running inbound and Outbound daily scheduled reports for a week now in V20. The emails work, with the CSV attached, but I wanted to retrieve the csv files on the backend of 3cx. The files were available in V18. I could not find any reports in the following locations:
Windows
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Reports\
Linux
\var\lib\3cxpbx\Instance1\Data\Http\Reports\
Are the reports located somewhere else now?

Is it safe to use RC in production, guys?
We need the reporting piece badly.
I don't care much about the grafana piece. Anything similar to the v18 reporting would do just fine for us.
We are still using the latest U5 if you are curious.

Not recommended for production. The final release is around the corner, I would wait just a bit more.
