3cx v20 upgrade, lost access.

Hi,

We just upgraded our Hosted 3cx system to v20.
I created my system owner extension before the upgrade.
I know the extension and i know the email adresse.
The password doesnt seem to work, or i just dont know it.
When i do password reset, i dont receive the email.
Before i used the admin account to login, it seems to not work anymore.
I didnt tought that the user would be disabled after the upgrade.
Now i just cant access the system.
What do i do i this situation ?
Who can help me ?
