So now that I have upgraded several sites, I have no access to any ADMIN or management website. All of my sites have site-2-site VPN setup, and we connect directly to the box. Now I have no access to the admin. When I try to use the FQDN, I get IP ADDRESS banned. I try several of the whitelisted IP addresses from before.

I am basically locked out from all of these sites! Is this what I can look forward to ?? for V20?

How do I fix this?

Can I blow out anything from the command prompt to get in?

Did you read the FAQ before your upgrade? You need to login with the systemowner extension. Did you configure split dns correctly? In v20 there is no admin console anymore, you need to login over webclient.

No I did not read the FAQ, did not see any prompt to do so; or any location to find it before upgrading.

I did get into one of my systems from a local LAN IP, and into the webclient; then I blew out all my IP restrictions. (all of my sites have whitelist\blacklist that are very specific to prevent foreign clients to try to hammer my sites to get access)

The one site I can't get into now; has its FQDN blocked\not firewall setup.. so I have no hope to connect to it locally.

Unless I can do some kind of setup after the fact...
