Hi
We currently have most of our clients on v16 Update 5 Hotfix 2 (August 2020) running with no current issues.
I am aware that v16 Update 8 was released last month and I don't want our systems to be too far behind as far as support is concerned and also v18 is around the corner. I have not seen any major issues in the forums for Update 8, but is there a good argument to go to Update 8 now rather than just update all my systems to Update 7 and then to Update 8 after a few months?
I suppose the same applies to the updated SBC - we are still on 16.0.390 but I know we should move to the 16.2.24 but have not as we were concerned with potential issues there. I assume that the SBC version will need to be updated to keep up with the Update 7 of 3CX?
Our clients have no need of any new features at the moment, just stability.
Thanks
