No, to activate it you have to use rules on your CFD. A dialer is always active once activated (by dialing the CFD extension). Once active, you need to tell it when to and when not to call.Hi.
I'm integrating Vtiger with 3cx.
My customer asked me if is possible to activate predictive dialer in 3cx from VTiger .
Someone cal told me if is possible to do this using CFD?
Thks in advance.
If you want to use Click2Call, use the browser extension which dials it easily. To send a list of numbers and call one by one, you'll need a complex CFD for that logic. I guess it's a contact center, so the best way would be to have the CFD query the CRM. You can't have it the other way around as 3CX has no API.Ok it's clear. A dialer is a process on 3cx always active. We use click to call from vtiger. There is a way from Vtiger to call a deployed CFD and pass to it a list of numbers to call until somenone answer? Thks
