Good afternoon. One of my 3cx clients has just been approached by a Voip provider who claims integration with Dentrix Dental Practice Management. Basically, the caller ID of the caller is transferred into Dentrix to make it faster for the staff to find the client. Pretty straight forward stuff.
This Voip vendor is selling their service at close to $500usd/month.........which is a bit bonkers, considering that their current 3cx system & Sip trunk costs 1100$usd for the whole YEAR.
I am not much of a programmer, I'm just a "generic" technician who has plenty of experience in setting up 3cx, and making it work for end users. I am hoping someone could assist me in getting such a feature ready. I know Dentrix's database is CTree SQL.
Currently, the front desk users get their calls Queued to them by 3cx, and they answer them on desk phones. 3cx phone for windows is on the same PC Dentrix workstation operates on in CTI mode.
Thank you for any assistance.
