This new client interface is really awesome to work in. Really good job Design team!

Congratulations to the 3CX team for the redesigned Web Client. The new interface looks very modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciate the improved navigation and the overall more streamlined user experience.

I would like to ask whether this new design language is also planned for the 3CX Windows App in the future? Having a more unified experience across platforms would be greatly appreciated.

At the moment, the Web Client, Windows App, iOS App, and Android App all have somewhat different layouts and interaction patterns. While each platform naturally has its own requirements, a more consistent visual and functional experience across all clients would make switching between devices much more intuitive for end users.

Overall, I really appreciate the continuous development effort and the clear investment into improving usability!

Great update, well done to the team. The refreshed web client visuals are a significant improvement. In particular, the new call history view is excellent. The detailed visibility into inbound, outbound, and missed calls greatly improves usability and efficiency.

One enhancement that would add even more value is extending this same level of detailed call history to queue abandoned calls. Having insight into abandoned calls would be a major improvement for call center agents and supervisors.
Use case example:
  • A persistent caller abandons multiple calls to a queue.
  • Agent A handles the first abandoned call linked to this caller.
  • Before Agent A completes follow-up, Agent B attempts to handle a second abandoned call from the same caller without visibility that prior action was already taken.
Providing a detailed abandoned call history linked to the caller would help prevent duplicate handling and improve agent coordination. Additionally, the ability to add call notes directly in this view would further enhance context sharing and operational efficiency.

Overall, this would be a substantial improvement for call center workflows and agent effectiveness.
