Cleaner interface, improved navigation and faster everyday workflows.

With V20 Update 9, we’ve introduced the most significant redesign of the 3CX Web Client to date. Nearly every part of the interface has been updated to improve usability, reduce clutter and make daily tasks quicker and more intuitive.

From handling calls to managing chats and contacts, the new Web Client is built to simplify workflows across the board!

A Fully Redesigned Interface

A Fully Redesigned Interface

Team view, Dialer, Chat, Call History, Contacts, Voicemail, Recordings and Settings have all been redesigned with a polished layout and more consistent structure; the Meet button now takes you directly to the conference scheduling page. Panels and modals have also been updated to match the new UI.

Our goal is simple: reduce friction and make navigation more straightforward.

Improved Team View

The Team view has been refined to better support users handling multiple calls and extensions. In addition to the default layout, users can now switch between comfortable and compact modes, making it easier to view more extensions and active calls at once. This is especially useful for receptionists and teams managing high call volumes.

New Dialer Experience

New Dialer Experience

The dialer has been reworked with a clearer layout and improved spacing. It’s now easier to place and manage calls without unnecessary distractions, while maintaining a familiar experience for existing users.

Updated PWA Experience

Progressive Web App (PWA) support has also been refreshed with a better provisioning flow.

In addition, a new notification bell icon aligns the Web Client experience more closely with the Admin Console, making permissions clearer and easier to manage.

Built for Everyday Use

This redesign focuses on the small details that make a difference - clearer layouts, better spacing and more intuitive navigation. The result is a Web Client that feels faster, cleaner and easier to use across all core tasks. And this is just the beginning! We’ll be sharing more updates and refinements to the Web Client as Version 20 continues to evolve.
