3CX web client and laptop

is it possible to use the 3cx web client on my personal laptop. its a gaming laptop and i use verizon fios here in NJ. I have it installed - got this email and both links wont work. I went into the router and opened the ports I thought I was supposed to. But still the sites dont work. Can someone help me.

The webclient is simply a way to access the 3CX system remotely.

Where is the 3CX System installed though?
