Are you using the System Owner extension to try and end the call? If you can't right click on it in the Panel section and end the call, then I would do it from the Mangement Console > Number of Calls in Use section, or I would just restart my Database Server service from the Management Console.
If you don't have access to the MC because you're not on a Dedicated license, I'm not sure exactly what would be best and I would recommend contacting 3CX

Thanks Chris, I wasn't able to disconnect the call from either place. I'm going to restart the services after hours. Must be something different about a standard pbx call and the VM playfile option from the web page, I can disconnect any other call.
