Bit of assistance required
We have an issue that started not long ago.
Customer wants to call an extension from the desktop app, but will using a desk phone for the conversation.
Before they just typed the extension number clicked the green button on the bottom and phone started ringing, they would pick up the desk phone and talked to the extension, but now …
This is the desktop dialer:
They select extension and hit the green button:
Now they have this on the desk phone, and have hold music instead of ringing, the extn that has been selected is not ringing at this stage.
If they press answer ,the distant extn starts ringing, they have this on the screen and a hold music until the called extension answers. If the extension is on DnD or busy, I still get on hold music.
Are we able to turn this off and just start ringing like before?
