3cx win softphone

the system is 3cx linux v15 sp3
the client is windows softphome in terminal service environment ( windows server 2012R2 )

the problem:
first call to external or internal is ok ( the status are red and yallow )
after handset down the status is green
the next recall not dial the number, if i close the application and restart the call is ok.
any suggestions

Hello there,

Do you have any audio devices under settings/ audio options?
this is usually caused if there are no audio devices listed there
