Hi, we have recently upgraded to v15 and noticed an issue on one persons machine. They are using a surface pro 4 with windows 10. all up to date and drivers updated aswell. The symptoms are that when the user initiates a phone call it takes 11-12 seconds to connect and the same to disconnect. When watching the client in task manager you see it go not responding then when it stops not responding it connects tot he phone call.

I have tried
  1. uninstall 3cx including deleting the files in program data
  2. update my drivers.
  3. checked the 3cx logs (see attached)
  4. rebooted the PC
the logs attached is just me starting and ending a call nothing more.

can anyone shed some light?

Hello @Tristin White

Try disabling the camera on the Surface device from the task manager and see if that resolves the issue.

That seems to have done the trick. i disabled and re-enabled the cameras and its now responsive. i will give it a go next week and see if it comes back.

Glad to see that helped.
