If a user is using 3CX, the soft phone version in a windows environment. If the user is in a call and he gets a 2nd call, how would the user be able to send the 2call call to voicemail right away instead of staying ringing for "x" amount seconds.

We are using version 15.5.12227.5

You will need to configure the forwarding rules of the extension to forward calls to Voicemail if extension is busy or Unregistered.
Then you can either drop the call by opening the Switchboard or transfer the call to voicemail. You can also disable multiple calls and have the second call automatically diverted to voicemail.
You can also use the webclient which will present the second call in a separate toaster and reject the call directly.
