iOS Web conference missing audio for some participants

iOS users in web browser video conferences can hear some participants and not others, while the "talking" indicates audio for the remote users. Typically, if a iOS user leaves and rejoins, they can now hear everyone. Once user was on iOS + wifi during the meeting and they could only hear and converse with one other participant and when the phone switched to cellular data from wifi, they could hear and converse with everyone. This happens most meeting with iOS users. Any thoughts on a remedy?

@MontEnt if they start the meeting on 5G form the beggining do they have any issues ?
Have you tried in another Wifi network ?

Starting on 5G has the same issue. There are multiple iOS web browser users and they all experience this problem on their own WiFi networks.

@MontEnt can you provide some additional info, like what is the version of the iOS and also what is the browser that is used ?
Safari, Chrome, another one ?
Is there any VPN clien connected at the same time ?

iOS 27 and 26. Safari and no VPN connections - we use a 3CX-hosted solution, so no internal/company network connections are needed.
