3cx with android HTC mobile port not reachable.

Hi,

We have 3cx version 12 and I am in remote location where there are some 10 phones registered. I tried to register a 3cx softphone on HTC with welcome message and it worked fine for the first time with 3G, However when I tried after couple of hours I was not able to register when I checked the wireshark trace on the 3cx server I saw that Destination unreachable (port unreachable).

I tried for extension 5008 which is already registred in remote site.

Any help would be appreciated.

So...you are attempting to register the HTC, using Wifi, on the same (remote) network as the other 10 extensions?

What are these phones "behind"? A Router, SBC? Does the site use VPN?

If the sets are simply behind a router, I have to assume that each was assigned a unique local port number. Were the extensions assigned static IPs and port forwarding set-up in the router, or DHCP and no port forwarding?

The problem may be that the local port assigned to the HTC conflicts with one assigned to one of the other sets.
