3CX with ASP.NET C# MVC 3.0

We have the following requirement in our ASP.NET MVC 3.0 C# portal

1. Make a call on button click event from our website through 3CX server.
2. If the call gets transferred to voicemail, then by clicking a “Play Recorded Message” button and the call will get transferred to pre-recorded pitch play and then terminate the call.
3. As the current call is transferred so one can dial the next call using above step-1.

We have tried with the 3CX version 15.5, but it is not working for us (make call function is not working from asp.net code MVC 3.0). Seems like new simplified REST API is coming soon. Can you give us a ETA for the rest API?
