Solved 3cx with GoIP-4

Hello,

Need some help with outbound call
i have a hosted 3cx with GOIP-4 GSM gateway ( 2 sim inserted )
all is working find except that i cannot call from sim line 2. only outbound calls working from sim channel 1
goip config by line . and attached all the config

Those gateways are not supported in 3CX, so you'll have to figure it out.

That being said, if you're Hosted by 3CX, you should NOT be using an FXO or GSM gateway. Only SIP trunks will be supported by the 3CX Hosted Team.

yes i see that are not supported but it is a general gateway and it is working only need to know about the outbound call for the 1st SIM

...so do you get an error message, in the 3CX Activity Log, if you attempt an outgoing call on the second trunk (port 5062) ? How does the log differ from one showing calls to the first line?
I assume you have created outbound rules to send calls to that specific trunk.

here i see that the port 5060 but in 3cx gateway config for 10001 i have changed it to 5062

In the attachment goip-line2.png, the SIP proxy and SIP registration server should be the same as line 1 (using port 5060). That tells the line where to register, and 3CX uses port 5060 to "listen" on.. In the gateway, the first line should be set to use the local port of 5060, wich I assume it is, as it is working. Since you have instructed 3CX, in the trunk settings, to send calls to port 5062, for the second trunk, the gateway must also have that same local port set, for line 2 or it will not respond.

thank you @leejor for your time and effort. It was fixed after changing the port to 5060 from gateway and 3cx for line 2 . outbound calls are now okay for both lines .
