3cx with GoToMeeting installed stalls 3cx launching

One of my user's is experiencing issues launching the 3cx for windows program, it would launch as a background process and sit there for up to 3 hours before the GUI would appear and it stops running in the background.
Logs show nothing happening during that time, it just picks up a few hours later like normal.

This behavior began when we had installed GoToMeeting on their computer, after removing it 3cx would start up fine.

I'm curious if anyone else has seen behavior like this.

It may be conflicting with a/some services on the machine. Have you tried the 3CX Chrome Extension?

Yes, the chrome extension was working on the machine while GoToMeeting was still on there.

Perhaps the other software was using one of the ports the 3CX client uses (ie SIP port) ?

Try to verify with
netstat -a -b
