Solved 3CX Wordpress Missing from Settings only Wordpress Webmeeting Integration

Hi Guys,

Have posted a previous thread but didn't get any answers. During more troubleshooting have notice our settings doesn't have the wordpress option only wordpress webmeeting integration. Am using v16. Our 12 month trial is almost over and wonder if this is the issue if so will upgrade now. Can someone please advise if this is the issue.

Hi,

What you are looking for is now under Messaging > Live Chat. This is where you configure the site URL and get the link to configure in the WordPress Plugin.

Upgrading won't help you as this is a base feature of 3CX. However, if you need to upgrade anyway, we'd be glad to help you with that.

The Live Chat integration is under the "Messaging" tab on the left menu bar.
