Firstly my primary usecase here is either Text chat or Video call. The reason is a lot (not all ) of our users are hearing impaired. So visual communication and feedback is very important with video being preffered.

When I activate the plugin on a website it seems to work fine in desktop to desktop testing.
Enabling it to show on Mobile I see the 'speech bubble' but clicking it will not open a new window (or tab) on iOS or Android.

I suspect this is because it is a pop-up action? and it is being blocked.

As a work around I was experimenting with the URL I could capture on desktop to the 3CX pop up. Copying and pasting the URL from a successful opening action on the desktop to a link in the page which is then opened directly on mobile works to open the chat window on mobile. However...
- the scale is very small on mobile, such that pinch to zoom needs to be used to accurately hit the video / call icons.
- on iOS video calls the mobile device seems to only capture and display a very low frame rate (1 frame update every 3 seconds or so) to show the user - the recipient user seems to see everything OK. Not network speed related.

So is it possible
- to have a additional meta tag in the 3CX hosted page <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> included which would fix the mobile size issue and have no effect on desktop.
- have a solution for the low video frame rate on iOS

Hello @Webdew ,

Do you use the Wordpress plugin or the script generated from Management Console?
If you use the code generator then what is the build version of your PBX? If you use the WordPress make sure that you are on the latest version, because the case with the minimized bubble not opening on mobile was something that was fixed.

In regards to your other comments, let us check.

Simply used the Wordpress plugin which was installed just 2 days ago so I do not think it was out of date - and shows no updates.
However today in looking it seems a Wordpress Core Update was available (released in the last 2 days) and I re ran that. At this point the popups are now click-able, and the chat windows open (though still too small for usability).

Since Safari is the incumbent default I would hope it would work but I still get the initial frozen frame. I've attached an image and you can see on the iphone the initial images when the call connected are frozen. I've then been able to get a second phone and photograph it in front of the desktop I'm connected to you can see the desktop is seeing the image from the phone of the photo being taken - but this same image is not reflected on the phone nor the image as captured from the desktop. This has been tested on two iPhones an X and XS both fully updated.

While on Android the video chat works as before (Chrome) In Chrome on iOS I get the error "undefined is not an object (evaluating 'navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia')". (screenshot attached) so an alternative browser does not work either. EDIT: I'm now aware iOS Chrome webkit does not have support for the webRTC. It is only for Safari.

My first thought is that camera permission has not been given. Looking in iOS settings for Chrome I can only see mic as being an option and that is granted and no camera option at all. In Settings > Safari the default camera usage is Ask (and it did ask each time) but after setting it to Always it made no difference.
